INTERPOL is a new jazz band consisting of six musicians and friends. They all come from around Nova Gorica, where they also met and played and created together many times, and are now studying jazz music at various prestigious universities across Europe.
In this ensemble, you will be presented with mostly author's compositions that could be described as energetic, interesting, complex and, above all, playful. To top it off, they will also play some jazz standard carefully arranged for this great band.
Rumor has it that because of the awe of their music, they are haunted by the hand of justice in all major (and minor) European countries. Hurry up and secure your ticket on time, because their days at large are numbered!

INTERPOL SEXTET je novonastala jazz skupina, katero sestavlja šest glasbenikov in prijateljev. Vsi prihajajo iz okolice Nove Gorice, kjer so se tudi spoznali in velikokrat skupaj igrali ter ustvarjali, sedaj pa študirajo jazz glasbo na različnih prestižnih univerzah po Evropi.
V tej zasedbi vam bodo predstavili večinoma avtorske kompozicije, ki bi jih lahko opisali kot energične, zanimive, kompleksne in predvsem igrive. Za piko na i pa bodo odigrali tudi kakšen jazz standard, skrbno aranžiran za to veliko zasedbo.
