The perfect wine combinations will be provided by the cheeses of the Frezer Farm from Kopivnik . It is a boutique, almost family story: Free-Range Farming, our own cheese factory and ripening plant, conversion to organic farming and milk, which is produced from pasture, carrion and carefully selected organic grain mixture. The result? Authentic goat cheeses with character and pure taste of nature.
