The provider Forest beat invites you to a forest bath at Bajer by the streams on Tuesday, 21. in July, at 18. uri. Gathering of participants at the parking lot Bajer at the streams in the Rozhnodolska Valley.
The forest bath is a guided, slow contact with nature, where through simple invitations we open our senses and experience the forest more consciously. It is not a hike or exercise, but an opportunity to slow down for a few hours, put aside everyday worries and take time for ourselves.
The meeting takes place in a small group and includes an easy walk with intermediate stops, where we explore nature through sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. The experience ends with a tea party in nature.

Ponudnica Gozdni utrip vas vabi na GOZDNO KOPEL OB BAJERJU PRI POTOKIH v torek, 21. julija, ob 18. uri. Zbor udeležencev na parkirišču Bajer pri Potokih v Rožnodolski dolini.
Gozdna kopel je voden, počasen stik z naravo, kjer skozi preprosta povabila odpiramo čute in gozd doživljamo bolj zavestno. Ni pohod ali vadba, temveč priložnost, da za nekaj ur upočasnimo, odložimo vsakdanje skrbi in si vzamemo čas zase.
Srečanje poteka v manjši skupini in vključuje lahkoten sprehod z vmesnimi postanki, kjer raziskujemo naravo skozi vid, sluh, dotik, vonj in okus. Doživetje zaključimo s čajanko v naravi.
