Poteka v manjših skupinah, kar omogoča individualen pristop, strokovno vodenje ter prijetno vzdušje. Raznolike vaje za moč, stabilnost in vzdržljivost krepijo celotno telo, izboljšujejo držo ter zmanjšujejo tveganje za poškodbe.
