Successful business depends not only on sales and profits, but primarily on understanding cash flow. In entrepreneurship, we often encounter the issue of financing – investment or bootstrap approach – but regardless of the chosen path, cash flow remains the foundation of a stable business.
At the workshop, we will explain what cash flow really means and why profit does not mean money in the account. We will clarify the difference between revenue, profit and liquidity and how these differences affect your business decisions.
We will pay special attention to the calculation of our own price. We'll look at what needs to be included: your time, direct and indirect costs, taxes, depreciation, marketing, development and reserve for the future. The cost price is not set solely for the survival of the month, but for long-term stability and growth.
The workshop will be practically oriented and focused on concrete calculations and understanding of the financial foundations of your business..

Uspešno poslovanje ni odvisno le od prodaje in dobička, temveč predvsem od razumevanja denarnega toka. V podjetništvu se pogosto srečamo z vprašanjem financiranja – investicija ali bootstrap pristop – vendar ne glede na izbrano pot denarni tok ostaja temelj stabilnega poslovanja.
Na delavnici bomo pojasnili, kaj denarni tok v resnici pomeni in zakaj dobiček še ne pomeni tudi denarja na računu. Razjasnili bomo razliko med prihodki, dobičkom in likvidnostjo ter kako te razlike vplivajo na vaše poslovne odločitve.
Poseben poudarek bomo namenili izračunu lastne cene. Pogledali bomo, kaj vse mora biti vključeno: vaš čas, neposredni in posredni stroški, davki, amortizacija, marketing, razvoj ter rezerva za prihodnost. Lastna cena ni postavljena zgolj za preživetje meseca, temveč za dolgoročno stabilnost in rast.
Delavnica bo praktično naravnana in usmerjena v konkretne izračune ter razumevanje finančnih temeljev vašega poslovanja..
