As part of the European Mobility Week, we will be 22. in September, car-free day was celebrated, which aims to highlight the importance of sustainable mobility, which, in addition to protecting the environment, also contributes to a healthier lifestyle, and to draw attention to the problems caused by the increasing use of cars. We encourage citizens to go to kindergarten, school, work or other tasks on foot, by bicycle or other sustainable forms of transport. For this purpose, the Access Road and the parking lot at the St. George primary school and the Municipal Administration will be closed to traffic, thus dedicating space to more sustainable forms of mobility.
V sklopu Evropskega tedna mobilnosti bomo 22. septembra obeležili dan brez avtomobila, katerega namen je poudariti pomen trajnostne mobilnosti, ki poleg varovanja okolja prispeva tudi k bolj zdravemu načinu življenja, ter opozoriti na težave, ki jih povzroča vse večja uporaba avtomobilov. Spodbujamo občane, da se v vrtec, šolo, službo ali po drugih opravkih odpravijo peš, s kolesom ali z drugimi trajnostnimi oblikami prevoza. V ta namen bo za promet zaprta dovozna cesta ter parkirišče pri OŠ Sveti Jurij in občinski upravi, s čimer bomo prostor namenili bolj trajnostnim oblikam mobilnosti.
