DMTS (distortion motor testers) from Novi Sad were created in the early nineties. Similar to many other bands, their line-up has changed several times since then. The first entry in their discography dates back to 2002, when their first album “DMT” was released, which left everyone enthusiastic about harsh Serbian-language rock’n’roll, apparently influenced by bands such as The Ramones, Ne'litung Bomb Turks and Devil Dog. Since then, they have released two more albums, “Saturda / ” “and” rock’n’Roll Radio", and have maintained their fan respect with a number of live concerts (among them a tour of Slovenia in 2003 and two European tours in 2004). Seventeen is a topical album released in 2021 by the Novosibirsk record label SKC. There is raw punk rock in the game, sung in the native language and played from the "first" without much thought, twists, concretely and clearly. DMT members are an experienced team that knows what they want, as well as how achievable their aspirations and desires are. DMT, a well-known group, returns to the Slovenian stage, this time with a concert at the nostalgia Vintage Cafe Bar in Ljubljana.

DMT (DISTORZIJA MOTORNE TESTERE) iz Novega Sada so nastali v zgodnjih devetdesetih letih. Podobno kot pri mnogih drugih skupinah se je njihova zasedba od takrat večkrat spremenila. Prvi vpis v njihovo diskografijo sega v leto 2002, ko je izšel njihov prvi album “DMT”, ki je vse pustil navdušene nad ostrim rock’n’rollom v srbskem jeziku, očitno pod vplivom skupin, kot so Ramones, New Bomb Turks in Devil Dog. Od takrat so izdali še dva albuma, “Saturday Night Special” in “Rock’n’Roll Radio”, ter si spoštovanje oboževalcev ohranili s številnimi koncerti v živo (med njimi turneja po Sloveniji leta 2003 in dve evropski turneji leta 2004). Sedemnajst je aktualni album, ki je izšel leta 2021 pri novosadski založbi SKC. V igri je surov punk rock, zapet v maternem jeziku in odigran od „prvega“ brez večjega razmišljanja, preobratov, konkretno in jasno. Člani DMT so izkušena ekipa, ki ve, kaj hoče, pa tudi, kako dosegljive so njihove težnje in želje. DMT, znana skupina, se vrača na slovenske odre, tokrat s koncertom v ljubljanskem baru Nostalgija Vintage Cafe.
