The project" we breathe with nature " is a free initiative carried out by the School of Health Association, co-financed by the Ministry of health of the Republic of Slovenia. It is intended to spread mindfulness among the inhabitants of Slovenia of all generations and social groups. Activities include nature walks, guided meditations, breathing exercises, and slow, mindful movement to improve spinal mobility and full body tapping. The objectives of the project are Prevention, improvement of Health and well-being, better mobility, endurance and improvement of mental health of all citizens of Slovenia. Projekt "Dihamo z naravo" je brezplačna pobuda, ki jo izvaja Društvo Šola zdravja, s sofinanciranjem Ministrstva za zdravje Republike Slovenije. Namenjen je širjenju čuječnosti med prebivalci Slovenije vseh generacij in družbenih skupin. Aktivnosti vključujejo sprehode v naravi, vodene meditacije, dihalne vaje ter počasno, čuječe gibanje za izboljšanje gibljivosti hrbtenice in tapkanje celega telesa. Cilji projekta so preventiva, izboljšanje zdravja in počutja, boljša gibljivost, vzdržljivost ter izboljšanje duševnega zdravja vseh državljanov Slovenije.
