Do you know that to have a better quality of life, it is enough to consciously deepen your breath?
At the workshop, we will reconnect with nature, ground our energy and, with the help of breathing exercises, equip ourselves with the internal activation that we need in these times.
I will guide you along the lines of the Modelim Hof Method. I myself have been doing breathing exercises daily for more than a year and often expose myself to cold baths. As a result, I notice huge changes in the way I act on the physical and mental planes.
Performing an ALKHM can help us with:
- strengthening the immune system,
- reducing anxiety attacks,
- increase in energy,
- improved sleep,
- increase creativity,
- treatment "hangover",
- general well-being.
You are therefore invited to all those who wish to experience the presence of the moment, the feeling of the body and the perception of a higher force that dwells in us all the time.

Na delavnici se bomo ponovno povezali z naravo, prizemljili našo energijo ter se s pomočjo dihalnih vaj opremili z notranjo aktivacijo, ki jo v teh časih še kako potrebujemo.
Vodila vas bom po vzoru Wim Hof Metode. Sama že več kot eno leto vsakodnevno izvajam dihalne vaje in se pogosto izpostavljam mrzlim kopelim. Kot rezultat opažam ogromne spremembe v načinu mojega delovanja na fizičnem in mentalnem nivoju.
Izvajanje WHM nam lahko pomaga pri:
– krepitvi imunskega sistema,
– zmanjševanju napadov tesnobe,
– povečanju energije,
– izboljšanemu spancu,
– povečanju kreativnosti,
