Two cycling routes to get to know the Jarenina Valley and its surroundings
On Saturday, 5. 9. 2026, we invite you to the day of cyclists in Jarenina!
Registration for the event will be possible on the day of the event, at the stand next to the museum, from 9: 00 am. The events are not competitive in nature, so the time of the participants will not be measured. The start and finish of the route will be at the Museum in Jarenina.
There will be two cycling routes of varying difficulty along the jarenina Valley and the surrounding paths. The route of the cycling trip for families will follow jarenina biker in both directions, i.e. first in the direction towards Sentilje, back to prot Pernici, the finish will be in Jarenina. The length of the family excursion is 17 km. The route "along the jarenina cycle path and the surrounding paths" is only a little longer, it is 19 km long, but it has some climbs, so it is a little more challenging.
At the stand of the Ovtar Jarenina Tourist Association, homemade soft drinks and snacks will be offered.
There is no entrance fee.
Dve kolesarski trasi za spoznavanje Jareninske doline in njene okolice
V soboto, 5. 9. 2026 , vas vabimo na Dan kolesarjev v Jarenini!
Prijave na dogodek bodo mogoče na dan dogodka, na stojnici ob muzeju, od 9.00 ure naprej. Prireditev ni tekmovalne narave, zato časa udeležencev ne bomo merili. Štart in cilj trase bo pri muzeju v Jarenini.
Na voljo bosta dve različno zahtevni kolesarski trasi po jareninski dolini in okoliških poteh. Trasa kolesarskega izleta za družine bo v obe smeri sledila jareninski kolesarki, in sicer najprej v smeri proti Šentilju, nazaj prot Pernici, cilj bo v Jarenini. Dolžina družinskega izleta je 17 km. Trasa »Po jareninski kolesarki in okoliških poteh« je le malo daljša, dolga je 19 km, ima pa nekaj vzponov, zato je malo bolj zahtevna.
Na stojnici Turističnega društva Ovtar Jarenina bodo na voljo domača brezalkoholna pijača in prigrizki.
