You are warmly invited to the day of mindfulness.
The entire program will be guided. We will practice different types and techniques of mindfulness meditation based on the MBSR "Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction": several sitting meditations, body scans, walking meditation, mindfulness exercises and certain thematic meditations such as metta meditation of loving kindness. In between there will be a lunch break with the practice of mindful eating. At the end of the day there will be a sharing of experiences, whoever wants to.

Celoten program bo voden. Prakticirali bomo različne vrste in tehnike čuječe meditacije na temelju MBSR »Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction«: več meditacij sede, skeniranje telesa, meditacija v hoji, vaje čuječega gibanja ter določene tematske meditacije kot npr. metta meditacija ljubeče prijaznosti. Vmes bo odmor za kosilo s prakso čuječe jesti. Na koncu dneva bo delitev izkušenj, kdor bo želel.
