The workshop will focus on how to implement new year's resolutions with the help of artificial intelligence. Participants will formulate clear goals, break them down into smaller steps, and adjust basic daily habits. They will learn the basics of a healthy lifestyle, prepare a 30-day challenge and a short personal questionnaire. We will also show simple ways to track progress that help overcome procrastination and maintain motivation.

Delavnica bo usmerjena v to, kako uresničiti novoletne zaobljube s pomočjo umetne inteligence. Udeleženci bodo oblikovali jasne cilje, jih razdelili na manjše korake in prilagodili osnovne dnevne navade. Spoznali bodo osnove zdravega življenjskega sloga, pripravili 30 dnevni izziv in kratek osebni vprašalnik. Pokazali bomo tudi preproste načine spremljanja napredka, ki pomagajo premagati odlašanje in ohranjati motivacijo.
