🎉Celica špila, pleše, miga, gruva in muva na najbolj vročih koncertnih večerih v mestu – že tretje leto zapored! 🎉Poletne četrtke bomo spet preživljali na našem carskem letnem vrtu, kjer bomo gostili še bolj carske bende! Tokratni večer bo namenjen izvajalcem s tršega konca glasbenega spektra, saj nas čaka odličen večer trdih ritmov s temačneži 🌌Ambra🌌, ki bodo nastopili v družbi dejansko najtežje zasedbe v Ljubljani – ☄️Hoba☄️.
🌌Megleno ljubljansko podzemlje je izpljunilo trdo, glasno in vnetljivo snov z imenom Ambra. Peterica, ki jo sestavljajo Andrej Blatnik (kitara), Žiga Kroflič (kitara), Anže Vavpetič (bas), Robi Rep (bobni) in Jakob Rejec (vokal), je skupni imenovalec našla v glasbenem izrazu, ki pluje med alternativnimi žanri tršega konca spektra, ob vsem tem pa ne zanemarja niti svoje progresivne zapuščine, ki jo po premišljenih odmerkih priliva na ogenj avtorske glasbe. Ambra je bila ustanovljena leta 2015. V naslednjem letu je izdala istoimenski inštrumentalni EP, maja 2019 pa dolgometražni prvenec »Cor« z desetimi skladbami. Po menjavi pevca se je skupina zaprla v studio ter pripravlja nov album.
☄️Nekoč je nekje v Afriki padel Hoba – najtežji meteorit sploh. 80.000 let pozneje se je dvema čudakoma iz Ljubljane in basistu to zdelo edino pravo in zveličavno ime za njihov kozmik-post-stoner šundr. Bend se drži samo dveh načel: »Vesolje je kul. Vokal ni.«

🎉Celica rocks, dances, moves, and grooves at the hottest concert events in town – for the third year in a row!🎉 Once again, we will spend Summer Thursdays in our majestic Summer Garden in the company of some even more majestic bands! This evening will be dedicated to bands at the heavier end of the musical spectrum, as we are in for an excellent night of hard rhythms with the dark sounds of 🌌Ambra🌌, who will perform alongside simply the heaviest band in Ljubljana: ☄️Hoba☄️.
🌌The foggy Ljubljana underground has spat out a hard, loud, and flammable substance named Ambra. The quintet, consisting of Andrej Blatnik (guitar), Žiga Kroflič (guitar), Anže Vavpetič (bass), Robi Rep (drums), and Jakob Rejec (vocals), found a common ground in a musical expression that navigates between the alternative genres on the heavier end of the spectrum, while also not neglecting their progressive heritage, which they carefully pour into the fire of their original music. Ambra was formed in 2015. In 2016, they released a self-titled instrumental EP, and in May 2019, they released their full-length debut “Cor” with 10 tracks. After a change of vocalist, the band locked themselves in the studio, where they are preparing a new album.
☄️Once, somewhere in Africa, the heaviest meteorite ever landed – Hoba. 80,000 years later, two oddballs from Ljubljana and a bassist thought this was the only true and blessed name for their cosmic-post-stoner noise. The band follows only two principles: The universe is cool. Vocals are not.
