Tourism Ljubljana in cooperation with the Department of Environmental Protection of the city of Ljubljana on the occasion of World Bee Day 20. in May, it organizes free guided tours along the bee trail, where participants will get acquainted with the rich tradition of beekeeping in the capital.
This year we celebrate 10. anniversary of the bee trail in Ljubljana .
The bee trail was initially established as a tourist trail, connecting content on the theme of cultural and natural heritage related to bees in the city. Today, the bee trail has grown into a network that connects 46 different stakeholders from beekeepers, commercial organizations, cultural institutions to interested individuals; it is an incubator of new development ideas related to beekeeping, biodiversity and food supply in the MOL area.
In addition, we have also developed an international network of bee path cities ( Bee Path Cities net Animatork ). From the bee trail, The Bee in the city program has developed, combining various contents from Swarm asylum, late mowing, wild pollinator monitoring, API nursery, etc.
Between 2018 and 2022, as part of the URBACT III – transfer net Animatorks program, we transferred the idea of the bee trail to 9 EU cities, which, according to our example, develop their activities and content.
To mark 10. on the anniversary of the operation of the bee trail, numerous events were prepared under the slogan Ljubljana-pollinator-friendly city . Among them is the Free Guide along the Bee path , which this year is carried out every Saturday in May , on World Bee Day, on Tuesday, 20. May, and every first Saturday of the month until October inclusive . The meeting place of the participants is in front of the city hall at 10. uri .
Turizem Ljubljana v sodelovanju z Oddelkom za varstvo okolja Mestne občine Ljubljana ob svetovnem dnevu čebel 20. maja organizira brezplačna vodenja po Čebelji poti, kjer se bodo udeleženci spoznali z bogato tradicijo čebelarjenja v prestolnici.
Letos obeležujemo 10. obletnico Čebelje poti v Ljubljani .
Čebelja pot je bila na začetku vzpostavljena kot turistična pot, ki je povezovala vsebine na temo kulturne in naravne dediščine, povezane s čebelami v mestu. Danes je čebelja pot prerasla v mrežo, ki povezuje 46 različnih deležnikov od čebelarjev, gospodarskih organizacij, kulturnih institucij do zainteresiranih posameznikov; je inkubator novih razvojnih idej , povezanih s čebelarstvom, biodiverziteto in oskrbo s hrano na območju MOL.
Ob tem smo razvili tudi mednarodno mrežo mest s čebeljo potjo ( Bee Path Cities Network ). Iz čebelje poti se je razvil program Čebela v mestu , ki združuje različne vsebine od Azila za roje, pozne košnje, monitoringa divjih opraševalcev, API vrtca, itd.
Med leti 2018 in 2022 smo idejo čebelje poti v sklopu programa URBACT III – Transfer Networks prenesli v 9 EU mest, ki po našem vzoru razvijajo svoje aktivnosti in vsebine.
Z namenom obeležiti 10. obletnico delovanja čebelje poti so pripravili številne dogodke pod sloganom Ljubljana – opraševalcem prijazno mesto . Med njimi je tudi brezplačno vodenje po Čebelji poti , ki ga letos izvajajo vsako soboto v maju , na svetovni dan čebel, v torek, 20. maja , ter vsako prvo soboto v mesecu vse do vključno oktobra . Zbirno mesto udeležencev je pred Mestno hišo ob 10. uri .
