Blaz Shvagan is a saxophonist, composer and producer from Maribor. He studied music at KONSE in Klagenfurt with Professor Erian, and attended numerous music workshops (George Garzone, Melissa Aldana, Joe Sanders, Gregor / Hutchinson, Gar / Bartz, etc.). In 2016, he was awarded the Jazzon award for best jazz composition at the Jazzint Music Festival (Novo mesto). In 2017, he formed his own trio, with whom he performed regularly until 2021. In January 2022, he recorded his debut album Sound in time. His other major project, more oriented towards popular music, is called Multiversal, which also featured Gramm / amp Award winner Johnathan Hoard. The song Back to 602 was chosen as the song of the week on Val 202, and one of the more high-profile performances of the Multiversal project was on the first row in November 2022. Recently he has been performing in the standard trio band Maribor Jazz Standard Trio, which recorded their debut in January 2026. In September 2024, he recorded his second album with Kush Abade Entertainment, Kim Cass and mark the Negro in NE Animatork, and in April 2025, he attended the International Jazz platform in L Animaton, France.
Aljosha Kavovich is a jazz pianist and composer active in Ljubljana. He is currently studying jazz piano at the Academy of music in Ljubljana under the mentorship of Marko Negrcec, after completing his studies at the Ljubljana Conservatory of music and ballet.
He has performed at important festivals, including the Ljubljana Jazz Festival, Jazzint Entertainment, Jazz Camp Kranj and Imago Festival, and regularly gives concerts at prominent jazz venues across Slovenia and Central Europe.
Aljosha is the recipient of several awards, including two first prizes at the TEMSIG national competition (Jazz chamber group 2022 with a special prize for the best performance of a work by a Slovenian composer and Jazz solo with a golden plaque 2023), the prize for original composition and big band arrangement at the competition A Big Band Searches for Talent 2023, and the prestigious Shkerjanc prize (2024) for outstanding artistic achievements and contributions during education.
He has collaborated with numerous bands and artists, including The Big Band RTV Slovenia, Tomi Purich Balkan Jazz Group, Smretel Brothers Collective, Toni Lah music, Ales Rendla music, Blaz Shvagan music and musicians such as Primoz Grazic, Nina Strnad, Jure Pukl, Vid Jamnik, Kristjan Krajncan, Bostjan Simon, Marko Negrcec and others.
Drummer Tijan Grazic, born 3.1.2004 in Ljubljana, is an active musician on the Slovenian jazz scene.
In 2023, he completed his education at the Conservatory of music and ballet in Ljubljana and started the same year
studying jazz drums as the only drummer of the first
generations of jazz students at the Academy of music in Ljubljana under the mentorship of Gasper
Bertonclja.

Tjan Shostaric-Slovenian jazz double bassist, multi-instrumentalist, composer and performer in Vienna.
Originally trained as a classical percussionist with a strong rhythmic and sound base that
he continues to formulate his approach to the double bass. Active in the European jazz scene,
performing with established international artists and ensembles at major jazz venues and
festivals. Experience in large bands, small groups, studio recording and contemporary
jazz projects.

Blaž Švagan je saksofonist, skladatelj in producent iz Maribora. Glasbo je študiral na KONSE v Celovcu pri profesorju Erianu, udeležil pa se je tudi številnih glasbenih delavnic (George Garzone, Melissa Aldana, Joe Sanders, Gregory Hutchinson, Gary Bartz idr.). Leta 2016 je na festivalu Jazzinty (Novo mesto) prejel nagrado Jazzon za najboljšo jazzovsko skladbo. Leta 2017 je ustanovil svoj trio, s katerim je redno nastopal do leta 2021. Januarja 2022 je posnel svoj prvenec Sound in Time. Njegov drug pomembnejši projekt, bolj usmerjen v popularno glasbo, se imenuje Multiversal, pri katerem je sodeloval tudi dobitnik nagrade Grammy Johnathan Hoard. Skladba Back to You je bila izbrana za skladbo tedna na Valu 202, eden od odmevnejših nastopov projekta Multiversal pa je bil v oddaji Prva vrsta novembra 2022. V zadnjem času nastopa v standardni trio zasedbi Maribor Jazz Standard Trio, ki je posnel prvenec v januarju 2026. Septembra 2024 je v New Yorku posnel svoj drugi album s Kushom Abadeyjem, Kimom Cassom in Markom Črnčecem, aprila 2025 pa se je udeležil Mednarodne jazzovske platforme v Lyonu, Francija.
Aljoša Kavčič je jazz pianist in skladatelj, ki deluje v Ljubljani. Trenutno študira jazz klavir na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani pod mentorstvom Marka Črnčeca, po zaključku študija na Konservatoriju za glasbo in balet Ljubljana.
Nastopil je na pomembnih festivalih, med drugim na Ljubljana Jazz Festivalu, Jazzintyju, Jazz Kampu Kranj in Imago Festivalu, ter redno koncertira na vidnih jazz prizoriščih po Sloveniji in srednji Evropi.
Aljoša je prejemnik več nagrad, med drugim dveh prvih nagrad na državnem tekmovanju TEMSIG (Jazz komorna skupina 2022 s posebno nagrado za najboljšo izvedbo dela slovenskega skladatelja ter Jazz solo z zlato plaketo 2023), nagrade za izvirno kompozicijo in big band aranžma na tekmovanju A Big Band Searches for Talent 2023 ter prestižne Škerjančeve nagrade (2024) za izjemne umetniške dosežke in prispevek v času izobraževanja.
Sodeloval je s številnimi zasedbami in umetniki, med drugim z Big Bandom RTV Slovenija, Tomi Purich Balkan Jazz Group, Smrdel Brothers Collective, Toni Lah Quintetom, Aleš Rendla Quintetom, Blaž Švagan Quartetom ter glasbeniki, kot so Primož Grašič, Nina Strnad, Jure Pukl, Vid Jamnik, Kristjan Krajnčan, Boštjan Simon, Marko Črnčec in drugi.
Bobnar Tijan Grašič , rojen 3.1.2004 v Ljubljani, je aktiven glasbenik na slovenski jazzovski sceni.
Leta 2023 je zaključil šolanje na Konservatoriju za glasbo in balet v Ljubljani ter še isto leto pričel
študirati jazz bobne kot edini bobnar prve
generacije jazzovskih študentov na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani pod mentorstvom Gašperja
Bertonclja.

Tjan Šoštarič - slovenski jazz kontrabasist, multiinštrumentalist, skladatelj in izvajalec na Dunaju.
Prvotno izučen kot klasični tolkalec z močno ritmično in zvočno osnovo, ki
še naprej oblikuje svoj pristop h kontrabasu. Aktiven na evropski jazzovski sceni,
nastopanje z uveljavljenimi mednarodnimi umetniki in ansambli na večjih jazzovskih prizoriščih in
festivali. Izkušnje v velikih zasedbah, majhnih skupinah, studijskem snemanju in sodobnem
jazz projekti.
