The Dolenjska Dobre Zavod is 18. in June 2021 started the implementation of the project “centre of gastronomy of Dolenjska”, the main purpose of which is the development of green jobs in agriculture. Our library and other partners were also happy to join the project.

Exploring and reviving the culinary heritage of Dolenjska is slowly coming to an end, so it will be on Monday, 18. September at 19. uri will host a conversation evening with ethnologist Dr. Leo Kuznik in the library of Pavel Golia Trebnje. We will learn more about cultural heritage and its inclusion in the tourist and catering offer.

Zavod Dobrote Dolenjske je 18. junija 2021 pričel z izvajanjem projekta “Središče gastronomije Dolenjske”, katerega glavni namen je razvoj zelenih delovnih mest v kmetijstvu. Projektu se je z veseljem pridružila tudi naša knjižnica in ostali partnerji.

Raziskovanje in obujanje kulinarične dediščine Dolenjske se počasi približuje koncu, tako bo v ponedeljek, 18. septembra ob 19. uri bo v Knjižnici Pavla Golie Trebnje potekal pogovorni večer z etnologinjo dr. Leo Kužnik. Več bomo izvedeli o kulturni dediščini in vključevanju le-te v turistično in gostinsko ponudbo.
