Artistic interpretation of Kosovel's works.
Andrej Shtular , a versatile artist known for his intimate, socially critical, political and often provocative work, presents himself at La Aliter's house. For many years, his works have been created outside the established currents, building a unique visual language in which drawing, collage, comic, photography and read / made objects are intertwined.
The exhibition manure = gold comes from a dialogue with The Poetry Of Lucky Kosovel, but not as its illustration or explanation. Stular translates Kosovel's thoughts into new images, associations and rhythms, creating an open space of different meanings and interpretations between the word and the art. The exhibition leads the visitor through fragments of images, personal responses and visual comments, which in a modern way revive the sharpness and topicality of Kosovel's poetics.
The exhibition is also accompanied by an extensive book sharp rhythms , published by Forum Ljubljana .
Njegova dela že vrsto let nastajajo zunaj ustaljenih tokov in gradijo samosvoj vizualni jezik, v katerem se prepletajo risba, kolaž, strip, fotografija in ready-made objekti.
