The Tone Tomsic academic choir of the University of Ljubljana ,
which will be on Saturday, 28. in February 2026, at 19.30 in the Great Hall of Anton Lesjak at the cultural center of Primoz Trubar.
The Tone Tomsic academic choir of the University of Ljubljana brings together students from all faculties of the University of Ljubljana, who have in common a great love of singing and a constant desire for top artistic creation. Since its inception, it has been one of the most important directors of Slovenian choral singing, not only in terms of its performance-technical side, but also in terms of its program orientation.
In the academic choir Tone Tomsic UL in 2026 at 100. several events are being prepared for the anniversary, including a concert tour in Slovenia. The concept of the concerts combines carefully selected compositions from the choir's iron repertoire and compositions with texts from Slovenian folk tales, which will be intertwined through music into a unique experience. In this way, they want to commemorate their centuries-old commitment to the Slovenian word, song and culture and at the same time create an unforgettable evening for our audience.

Akademskega pevskega zbora Tone Tomšič Univerze v Ljubljani ,
ki bo v soboto, 28. februarja 2026, ob 19.30 v veliki dvorani Antona Lesjaka v Kulturnem centru Primoža Trubarja.
Akademski pevski zbor Tone Tomšič Univerze v Ljubljani združuje študentke in študente vseh fakultet Univerze v Ljubljani, ki sta jim skupna velika ljubezen do petja in nenehna želja po vrhunskem umetniškem ustvarjanju. Že od svojega nastanka sodi med najpomembnejše usmerjevalce slovenskega zborovskega petja, ne samo po izvajalsko-tehnični plati, temveč tudi po svoji programski usmerjenosti.
V Akademskem pevskem zboru Tone Tomšič UL v letu 2026 ob 100. obletnici delovanja pripravljajo več dogodkov, med njimi tudi koncertno turnejo po Sloveniji. Koncept koncertov združuje skrbno izbrane skladbe iz železnega repertoarja zbora ter skladbe z besedili iz slovenskih ljudskih pripovedk, ki jih bodo skozi glasbo prepletli v enkratno doživetje. Na ta način želijo obeležiti svojo stoletno predanost slovenski besedi, pesmi in kulturi ter obenem ustvariti nepozaben večer za naše občinstvo.
