Agroecology is an alternative to the industrial food system. Instead of mass production and depletion of nature, it builds local, equitable and sustainable food chains. The lecturer will present how to connect agricultural practice, science and social movement and promote diversity, community participation and respect for nature for greater food sovereignty and resilience.
Agroekologija je alternativa industrijskemu prehranskemu sistemu. Namesto množične proizvodnje in izčrpavanja narave gradi lokalne, pravične in trajnostne prehranske verige. Predavateljica bo predstavila, kako povezati kmetijsko prakso, znanost in družbeno gibanje ter spodbuditi raznolikost, sodelovanje skupnosti in spoštovanje narave za večjo prehransko suverenost in odpornost.
