42. National Congress A. N. D. O. S. A, National Society of women with breast surgery. The main objective of the Congress is to provide women with a broad and understandable overview of diagnostic and therapeutic issues related to breast cancer, while highlighting how fast they are developing thanks to continuous research.
The Congress will also include cultural and tourism activities as part of the go Culture Capital 2025 project. It is expected that the event will be attended by about 100 participants from about 50 committees from all over Italy, as well as other similar Slovenian societies. So this will be an important moment of confrontation with other realities. The choice of Gorizia as the host city was proposed by our committee, and the National Association immediately accepted it, also and above all because of the European capital of culture.
Therefore, this Congress will bring prestige to our territory and allow us to promote it from all points of view (tourism, food and wine and culture).
On 42. the Congress will address many topics: the changing approach to prevention, the increasingly important role of genetics, the latest achievements in the field of treatment, which today make it possible to achieve results that we did not hope for until a few years ago, artificial intelligence and much more.
In addition, we will think about how important it is to add years to life, and especially life to years. Data from the questionnaire on "financial toxicity"will be presented. A lot of space will be devoted to the voice of all committees for a fruitful exchange of experience.

42. Narodni kongres A.N.D.O.S.a, Narodno društvo žensk z operiranimi dojkami. Glavni cilj kongresa je ženskam zagotoviti širok in razumljiv pregled diagnostičnih in terapevtskih vprašanj v zvezi z rakom dojk, hkrati pa poudariti, kako hitro se razvijajo zaradi nenehnih raziskav.
Kongres bo vključeval tudi kulturne in turistične dejavnosti v okviru projekta GO Culture Capital 2025. Pričakujemo, da se bo dogodka udeležilo približno 100 udeležencev iz približno 50 odborov iz vse Italije in tudi druga podobna slovenska društva. To bo torej pomemben trenutek soočenja z drugimi stvarnostmi. Izbiro Gorice kot mesta gostitelja je predlagal naš odbor, nacionalno združenje pa jo je takoj sprejelo, tudi in predvsem zaradi Evropske prestolnice kulture.
Zato bo ta kongres prinesel prestiž našemu ozemlju in nam omogočil, da ga promoviramo z vseh vidikov (turizem, hrana in vino ter kultura).
Na 42. kongresu bomo obravnavali številne teme: spreminjajoči se pristop k preventivi, vse pomembnejšo vlogo genetike, najnovejše dosežke na področju zdravljenja, ki danes omogočajo doseganje rezultatov, za katere si še pred nekaj leti nismo upali, umetno inteligenco in še veliko več.
Poleg tega bomo razmišljali o tem, kako pomembno je, da življenju dodajamo leta, predvsem pa življenje letom. Predstavljeni bodo podatki iz vprašalnika o „finančni strupenosti“. Veliko prostora bo namenjenega glasu vseh odborov za plodno izmenjavo izkušenj.
