Marusa Turjak Bogataj studied cello at the Academy of music of the University of Ljubljana and studied it at the age of 19. years completed with distinction. She continued her musical career at M'ultnchen in her master's degree with the renowned solo cellist'ultven-Sinn'ultang. During her studies, she played in various chamber ensembles and participated as a member of the String Quartet a la corda. In 2010, she founded the String Sextet Offstring with her brother. As a substitute, she participated in several well-known orchestras and had the opportunity to present herself at the Frankfurt Opera Orchestra and Kremerati Baltica. Since 2015 she has been working as a solo cellist for the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra in Ljubljana.
Matjaz Bogataj completed his solo studies in 2013 with a master's degree summa cum laude at the Graz University of the arts, where he studied in the Class of Silvia Marcovici. A year after that, he completed his master's degree in chamber music at the School of music and theatre under the direction of 6ten-Sinn 6tang and Michael Sch 6tffer. He was a member of the Frankfurt Opera and Museum orchestra for four years, and in September 2017 he took up the post of second violin leader in the orchestra of the Bavarian State Opera. In addition to his work duties in the Opera, Matjaz actively devotes himself to chamber music – most of all to his work with the piano trio Munich ARTISTrio, in which he has been playing with his sister Marusa since 2012. Studio recordings and their live concerts have been archived by BR, RAI, ORF and RTV Slovenia, among others.

MARUŠA TURJAK BOGATAJ je študirala violončelo na Akademiji za glasbo Univerze v Ljubljani in ga pri 19. letih z odliko zaključila. Glasbeno pot je nadaljevala v Münchnu na magistrskem študiju pri priznanem solo čelistu Wen-Sinn Yangu. V času študija je igrala v različnih komornih zasedbah in sodelovala kot članica godalnega kvarteta A la corda. Leta 2010 je z bratom ustanovila godalni sekstet Offstring. Kot substitutka je sodelovala v več znanih orkestrih ter se imela možnost predstaviti v Frankfurtskem opernem orkestru in Kremerati Baltici. Od leta 2015 deluje kot solo čelistka Simfoničnega orkestra RTV Slovenija v Ljubljani.
MATJAŽ BOGATAJ je svoj solistični študij leta 2013 zaključil z magistrsko diplomo summa cum laude na Umetnostni univerzi v Gradcu, kjer je študiral v razredu Silvie Marcovici. Leto za tem pa je na Visoki šoli za glasbo in teater pod vodstvom Wen-Sinn Yanga in Michaela Schäfferja zaključil še magistrski študij komorne glasbe. Štiri leta je bil član frankfurtskega Opernega in muzejskega orkestra, septembra 2017 pa je prevzel mesto vodje drugih violin v orkestru Bavarske državne opere. Poleg delovnih obveznosti v operi se Matjaž aktivno posveča komorni glasbi – še najbolj delu s klavirskim triom Munich ARTISTrio, v katerem s sestro Marušo igra od leta 2012. Studijske posnetke in njihove koncerte v živo so med drugim arhivirali BR, RAI, ORF in RTV Slovenija.
