Viki Groselj is the Slovenian with the most eight-thousanders climbed and the first Slovenian to climb all the highest peaks of the continents. He is the author of thirteen books and co-author of over twenty. He has also published numerous articles in our and foreign magazines and newspapers. In his books, in addition to the mountaineering part of the expeditions, he also describes the landscape in which the conquered mountains are located, the history of this land and in what conditions people live today. In the trebnje library he will talk about the last book of my 33 expeditions to the highest and most remote mountain ranges of the world.

V ponedeljek, 11. 3. 2024 ob 19.00 vas vabimo v Osrednjo knjižnico Trebnje , gost bo Viki Grošelj s potopisom Mojih 33 odprav v najvišja in najbolj odmaknjena gorstva sveta.
Viki Grošelj je Slovenec z največ preplezanimi osemtisočaki in prvi Slovenec, ki se je povzpel na vse najvišje vrhove kontinentov. Je avtor trinajstih knjig in soavtor več kot dvajsetih. Grošelj je objavil tudi številne članke v naših in tujih revijah ter časopisih. V svojih knjigah poleg alpinističnega dela odprav opiše tudi pokrajino, v kateri se osvojene gore nahajajo, zgodovino te dežele in v kakšnih razmerah danes živijo ljudje. V knjižnici Trebnje bo govoril o zadnji knjigi Mojih 33 odprav v najvišja in najbolj odmaknjena gorstva sveta.
