18. Kaleidoscope.
Adulthood – and still playful.
Each time it is turned over, a different image is assembled.
From fragments of bodies, sounds, views.
From near and distance.
From what is barely emerging-and from what is already disappearing.
Kaleidoscope is not one story. There are many tiny worlds that are momentarily caught in the same light.
It is a space where art is not interpreted, but happens.
Where movement finds voice, sound body,and Man Man.
For eighteen years now, here in Gorenjska, we have been persevering in this gentle but stubborn belief that we need such a place. And we still remain the only festival of this kind in the region – small but open; fragile but alive.
In it we meet – native and those who come from elsewhere.
Languages get mixed up. Bodies speak.
And for a moment we become a community that breathes in the same rhythm.
You may not understand everything.
But maybe you will feel something.
And that's enough.

Kulturno društvo Qulenium vas vabi na 18. edicijo festivala Kalejdoskop, ki bo znova razgibala kranjske umetniške kotičke. Pripravili smo pester program, ki sega od mladostne plesne energije do vrhunskih performativnih umetnosti in unikatnih glasbenih pokrajin.

18. Kalejdoskop.
Polnoletnost – in še vedno igriv.
Vsakič, ko ga obrnemo, se sestavi druga slika.
Iz drobcev teles, zvokov, pogledov.
Iz bližin in razdalj.
Iz tistega, kar komaj nastaja – in tistega, kar že izginja.
Kalejdoskop ni ena zgodba. Je mnogo drobnih svetov, ki se za trenutek ujamejo v isto svetlobo.
Je prostor, kjer se umetnost ne razlaga, ampak zgodi.
Kjer gib najde glas, zvok telo, in človek človeka.
Že osemnajst let tukaj, na Gorenjskem, vztrajamo v tem nežnem, a trmastem prepričanju, da tak prostor potrebujemo. In še vedno ostajamo edini tovrstni festival v regiji – majhen, a odprt; krhek, a živ.
V njem se srečujemo – domači in tisti, ki prihajajo od drugod.
Jeziki se pomešajo. Telesa govorijo.
In za hip postanemo skupnost, ki diha v istem ritmu.
Morda ne boste vsega razumeli.
Morda pa boste nekaj začutili.
In to je dovolj.
